June Ellison comes back to a wind-beaten Oregon town to pack up her father’s portrait studio. The town has other plans. Neighbors arrive with prints he never delivered, and a former assistant is already shooting the funeral like an assignment.

Mara Ellison keeps the camera close to hands, weather, and the pictures people ask not to be in. Salt on the Lens opens the festival Saturday and returns Sunday evening for anyone who missed the first house.
